Orders are processed in the order they are received and ship within 72 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are determined solely by the carrier.

We ship via UPS, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment; however, this is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed.

Please note:

• Delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once a package is in the possession of UPS, we have no control over transit times or delivery delays.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
